What materials are Jelloura bags made from?
Our Signature Softlock™ bags are crafted from premium faux shearling with a soft fabric lining, premium metal hardware, and an adjustable shoulder strap for everyday comfort.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.
Orders within Australia are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

How long does shipping take?
Australia: 2–6 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
What is the return policy?
We offer 14-day returns on unused items in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
